I took some time for stillness this morning. I sat by the office window and watched the birds dance from tree to tree. I admired the sun’s rays coming in through the window, lighting up the little picture that reminds me to Be Still. I took note at how my backyard is still and peaceful this morning, but I know that a storm is coming…winds and snow are on their way……But right now, it is still.

My day is about to get busy and loud, but right now I am enjoying the quiet, I am soaking up the stillness and I am soaking up His Word and listening for what He has for me right now in this moment….in the stillness.
